Post golf and before getting sick from combo sleep deprivation/sunburn, hit Coupage.

Tartare with the Quail egg was aggressive, but good..........Forgot what this was..
Scallops & Clams... Very Good...................................Coupage burger was excellent
Also notable, but unphotographed was the Mac & Cheese and the Asian Lentils. Somehow, the lentils was one of the best items I tried which says alot since they are just lentils.
Desserts were a huge hit after everyone said, "Uh, do we really need dessert?" Don't know the names on either of these (little help readers).
Overall, Coupage is a great experience with unique food (and some staples for folks who don't want to explore interesting food). Service was top-notch. Would definitely return.
